The capital of Israel. An ancient city that has attracted people from all over the world with its greatness for several millennia. Ancient maps depict Jerusalem at the center of the world, and today it is a common shrine for Christians, Jews and Muslims. For thousands of years, it has been the cause of endless disputes and bloody wars. Nevertheless, thousands of people from different countries and faiths come here every year, considering themselves responsible for its fate. You will not find such a fantastic mix of historical monuments and peoples, traditions and cultures anywhere else. In addition, Jerusalem is home to Israel’s largest scientific and educational center, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, offices of successful Israeli and international firms, various museums and theaters.
Start your new life in Israel with other new returnees in a program that has been integrating new returnees into life in Israel since 1949. In five months, you will be able to immerse yourself in intensive Hebrew studies, prepare for employment in Israel or for service in the IDF army, enjoy cultural and social events, as well as get acquainted with other Olim from around the world. The Ulpan Etzion Jerusalem Campus is located on the territory of the Beit Canada Center Absorption Center in the Armon Hanatsiv residential area. Ulpan Etzion provides all the conditions necessary for successful integration into Israeli society, including immersion in the language environment, job recommendations and many other services that will help you achieve your goals.
The program includes:
- Intensive study of Hebrew at a high level for five months for 5 hours a day, 5 hours a week. Ulpan’s level guarantees knowledge of the language within the limits sufficient for successful professional and social integration. Before the start of the course, students are divided into groups according to the results of the exam, language learning is differentiated (in Jerusalem there are a large number of different levels)
- Accommodation in the youth center
- Getting to know Jewish culture and Israeli society
- Communication with peers from different countries of the world
- Individual consultations on studying and working in Israel
- Job fairs for young repatriates
- Country tours, parties, lectures, interesting meetings

Schedule: Twice a week, 3.5 hours per session
Course Fee: 300 shekels
Instruction: Taught by experienced and qualified teachers
The evening program is designed for those who have completed the morning ulpan or can confirm an equivalent Hebrew level. This course offers the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of Hebrew, improve your speaking and writing skills, and continue learning in a convenient evening format.
Duration of the program: 5 months.

Welcome to the World of Tourism in Israel!
- Intensive Hebrew Course (Ulpan): 5 days a week, 5 hours per day, for 5 months.
- Professional Course by Sky 360 (in English):
Training in the profession of a travel agent / tourism marketer. In-depth study of marketing, digital tools, and social media. Opportunity for global remote work. The course consists of 120 hours, held twice a week in the afternoon. Upon completion, participants receive an official certificate. - Employment Assistance:
Graduates who successfully complete the course and actively participate will receive support in finding a job. Employment begins immediately after the program. - Accommodation:
Provided in the Absorption Center of The Jewish Agency (Sohnut) in Jerusalem or in private rental apartments.
Eligibility: New immigrants aged 22–35 with academic education, basic computer skills, and a high level of English.
Start: July 2025. 100% subsidized. Limited to 15–25 participants.

Conditions of participation in the program:
- Age 22-35 years
- Higher education
- Non-family candidates and married couples eligible for repatriation to Israel
- Upon admission to the program, participants sign a declaration of health status
The cost of the program:
The cost of the program for participants: Singles – 7,400 shekels. Married couple – 14,800 shekels.
It is possible to have single occupancy in a room, provided there are vacant rooms available. The cost of individual participation is 13,000 shekels.
The participant of the program pays a deposit in the amount of 500 shekels, which is returned at the end of the program upon renting out the room. If damage is caused to the property of the youth center, its amount is deducted from the deposit.
There is an opportunity to participate in the program externally without staying at the Youth Center. In this case, the cost of the program is 750 shekels (for the entire period of the program)
Important!
Program participants cannot work during the ulpan and mandatory events on the program.
The participants of the program cannot fly abroad during the educational process. Except in exceptional cases (wedding, illness, etc.), it is necessary to obtain permission from the program director.
* The programs are launched with a sufficient number of registered participants.
Living conditions:
- Participants live in the Beit Canada Youth Center
- All Jewish holidays are celebrated at the youth center
- Program participants are provided with kosher meals (lunch), vegetarian menu is available
- The youth center has classrooms for classes, a library with publications in many languages, computer rooms with free Internet access, Wi-Fi throughout the area, a hall with cable TV and DVD, a gym across the street with a discount for ulpan students. There are also washing machines and dryers (for a minimal fee).
- The area also has a spacious and equipped bomb shelter, which has a billiards table, air hockey, table football, large plasma TVs, play station 5, and a room with a set of musical instruments
- Each room is equipped with air conditioning for comfortable living
- Program participants should bring their own bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils
